Firstly we will have a conversation with you about your requirements and arrange viewings on suitable properties.

Once you have found a property that suits your needs we will agree terms along with a move in date.

We would then prepare a tenancy agreement for you and your representatives to approve, you would then pay a tenancy deposit and provide identification.

We require one form of photo ID, such as a Driving License or Passport, along with proof of address which can be either a formal letter or a statement from your bank, council tax statement or HMRC letter or Utility Bill within the last three months. or firearm certificate.

Rents are usually on the first off each month, however some tenants pay quarterly and may vary but will be made clear to you from the tenancy agreement.

Our minimum term on industrial office properties is one year
